On September 28th 2012 the Discovery Festival took place in three different places in The Netherlands: Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven. In the Klokgebouw in Eindhoven were shows with the Tesla Coil for the festival. There was also a contest which allowed the winners the opportunity to enter the cage around the Tesla Coil protected by a special suit and battle the lightning.
